Linda Hunt, age 61, of Ottawa, Kansas, died Saturday, June 27, 2009. She was born on November 11, 1947, in Dodge City, Kansas, daughter of Wilfred William and Virginia Rose (Timmermeyer) Bugner. She grew up in Eureka and Wellsville, moving to Ottawa in 1963. She also lived in Topeka and then returned to Wellsville and back to Ottawa in 2000. Linda graduated from Ottawa High School in 1965. She was employed twenty-four years as a Kansas Driver's License Examiner. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Ottawa. A Funeral Mass will be held from Sacred Heart Church at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2009. Friends may pay their respects to Ms. Hunt at the Dengel & Son Mortuary after 1:00 p.m. Tuesday. Rosary will be said at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday followed by a family visitation from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Ottawa, Kansas. The family suggests memorial contributions to Midland Hospice or Franklin County Cancer Foundation, c/o Dengel & Son Mortuary, 235 S. Hickory, Ottawa, Kansas 66067. Survivors include: Mother-Virginia Bugner of Ottawa, KS; 2 Daughters: Debbie Hunt of Baldwin City, KS; and Brygida Frazier of Springfield, MO; 3 sisters, 3 brothers, -4 grandchildren and 1 gt. grandchild. Preceded in death: Father-Wilfred Bugner.
