Donna Lee Grady (Hastings, McFadden)

Donna Grady was born on November 21, 1947 in Ottawa, KS to Roy and Ethel Hastings. Donna entered into eternal rest on July 11, 2023 at the age of 75 in KC, MO.

Donna was married to Gail McFadden and from this union came two daughters, Cindy Moreland Buckner and Michelle Masoner.

Donna married George Grady in 1982 until his death on July 21, 2012.

Donna was a kind hearted person who loved her family and friends and always tried to be of help to them. She loved being a grandmother and great-grandmother. She also loved all kinds of animals. Donna and George volunteered together at a local food distribution ministry for several years until George’s passing.

Donna was preceded in death by her husband George, her parents Roy and Ethel, and her older brother Jimmy Hastings. She is survived by two daughters Cindy and her husband John Buckner of Overland Park, KS, Michelle and husband Arthur Masoner of Independence, MO. 5 grandchildren: Leonard Moreland (of the home), Amanda Taylor and husband Matthew of Independence, MO, Elizabeth Rudloff and husband Travis of Independence, MO, Amber Mynatt and husband Thomas of Lawson, MO, and Joshua Masoner and his life partner Mikayla Hendrix of Weatherby, MO. As well as 8 Great-grandchildren, Steven Pyles, Autumn Pyles, Ann-Marie Pyles, Gabriella Barnhill, Aubrey Mynatt, Oliver Masoner, Avalon Masoner, Richard Rudloff. She is also survived by a younger brother Tommy Hastings of Ottawa, KS and sister Marsha Hedges of Blue Springs, MO as well as several nieces and nephews.
