Mrs. Carolyn Ann Tersiner, 43, Ottawa, died Thursday, April 11, 1991, at a Kansas City, Kansas medical center.
Mrs. Tersiner was assistant manager of Ed's Grocery four years and previously was a waitress at Lee's Downtowner and other Ottawa restaurants.
She was born August 20, 1947, at Ottawa, the daughter of James A. and Hazel G. Williams Richardson. She attended Ottawa schools and graduated from OHS in 1965.
Mrs. Tersiner was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at Wellsville.
Survivors include her parents, Ottawa, two sisters, Pam Richardson, Ottawa, and Debra Rogers, Wichita; two brothers, Brian Richardson and Dennis Richardson, both of Ottawa; and a grandmother, Leah Williams, Fort Scott.
Services will be at 2pm Monday at Dengel and Son Mortuary in Ottawa. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery at Ottawa.
