Max Dean Casebolt of Sevierville, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2014.
Max was born March 7, 1945 in Winfield, Kansas, the son of Loren (Keith) and Edna Casebolt. Max graduated with the Ottawa High School Class of 1966. Max and wife Connie Casebolt lived in Kansas City, Kansas.
Max is proceeded in death by his wife Connie Casebolt and his parents, Loren (Keith) and Edna Casebolt. Survivors include sisters Leota Faye Evans, Monticello, Georgia, and Sharon Kay Godfrey of Wichita, Kansas.

I had a nice conversation with Max's sister Sharon Kay Godfrey, of Wichita, Kansas this past week, when obtaining the details of this obituary. Sharon recalls taking a train trip from Wichita to Ottawa in 1966 to attend Max's graduation from Ottawa High School. Max was active as a youth in the Walnut Valley 4-H Club in Winfield and enjoyed going fishing with his dad.
